RODANCO is a non-profit pre-professional performing company that offers an intensive performing experience for young dancers ages 11 and up. While the company host both its Fall and Spring Productions annually, young dancers have the opportunity travel to regional dance festivals and participate in local community events to heighten dance awareness in the Baltimore City community.  Dancers in RODANCO receive training in contemporary repertoire and have the opportunity to work with guest choreographers. This experience

allows dancers to sharpen their ability to reproduce movement with speed, accuracy and adaptability; to experience a wider range of techniques; and to establish ties with a variety of dance professionals.  RODANCO repertory also includes works in all the dance disciplines, while exposing students to diverse audiences, and brings prestigious recognition to our city.
