MISSION STATMENT
The mission of RODANCO is to engage the youth of Baltimore City through excellence in the art of dance. We strive to educate, stimulate, and inspire young people of color by providing a safe environment with a focus on sound dance training and mentorship through the arts.
RODANCO offers classes for all ages and levels of interest. RODANCO has a Community After School Program that offers fun and exciting dance opportunities for students ages 5 through 18 in a friendly and positive learning environment. RODANCO embraces all dance disciplines and offers classes in all styles of dance with RODANCO |THE SCHOOL offering the highest quality of dance training. Students have the opportunity to participate in pre-professional productions with RODANCO | THE DANCE COMPANY as well as informal presentations and other venues throughout the community.
Prospective students should visit our class programs page to see which classes are appropriate for their age and experience.

New students with previous dance training should contact the office to schedule an appointment to determine the correct class placement.
RODANCO | THE EXPERIENCE is an opportunity that will give new parents and students a chance to observe classes, participate in a class of choice for FREE, and meet our faculty and staff.
